The customer satisfaction survey proved that on-time performance is the leading performance indicator of satisfaction. Goodwill Commercial Services scored 96%.

Performance standards:

  • Smithers Quality Assessments performed an external
    ISO 9000:2001 (without design) certification audit in 2007, resulting in zero non-conformances.
  • Commercial Services internal scorecard for on-time performance in the fourth quarter of 2007 was 100%.
  • Commercial Services has provided services to its largest customer for 11 years.

Safety record:

  • The Commercial Services facility on Tremont Street had zero lost-time accidents.
  • There were only three lost-time accidents at all 11 Commercial Services sites, which include 313 employees, 234 of whom have significant barriers to employment.
