Kent A. Kramer, Vice President, Retail Operations
Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Inc.

Kramer has served since 2002 as a Vice President of Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Inc., in Indianapolis. Kramer manages the retail division, including 44 retail stores, three outlet stores, two eCommerce sites, three attended donation centers and the transportation division. He previously held multiple-store leadership positions with Sam's Club and K-mart.

Away from work, Kent enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children.  He has coached youth baseball, basketball and soccer for the past nine years, and is the vice president of the Pendleton Youth Soccer Association. He is an active member of the Parent Teacher Organization for his children's school and has served on various committees for the South Madison School Corporation. He and his family also are active members of Madison Park Church of God. Kramer earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana State University, serves as a board member of the Indiana Recycling Coalition, and is a member of the Goodwill Industries International Executive Training Program. Kent is a 2006 graduate of the Ardath Burkhardt Board Leadership Series.
